Release 2: Demo Patch


This is officially called Release 2, however it is mostly a patch for the demo. There is not a lot of content added, but rather lots of back end stuff to hopefully make gameplay a bit more enjoyable moving forward. The next release (March) will include substantial new content.

I'm still working on a combat and stat system, so in the meantime there are still placeholders to give you the impression of combat/interaction; just keep in mind those things are coming!

ADDED CONTENT
- Added Inventory on sidebar, with a description for each current item
- Added images for Raindrop Mushroom & Mineral Sample
- Added a "Skip Intro" option, allowing you to build your character all on one page and then drop right into the Settlement (not recommended for first time players)
- Added a Cheat Mode! Includes ability to increase/reduce # of quest-related items. Also includes EXP editor but this doesn't currently serve a purpose. - Added code to unlock all NPCs with max relationship stats, exclusive to certain patreon supporters.
- Added a new random encounter, involving another basic battle--win and you get a cool new item that will serve greater purpose in the future (also added with image to the inventory)!

FIXES
- Fixed variable error that had Winona calling player wrong name
- Assorted spelling error fixes
- Fixed error where Urdraes' Encounter info wouldn't show up once at the settlement
- Resized sidebar UI to better fit Player & Encounter info
- Changed link color - Fixed "West Wing" to "West Corridor" in Urdraes win unlock scene
- Fixed error of Aekor players not being properly labeled on sidebar
- Fixed formatting error in Urdraes dialog
- Did some tweaking on the love/lust system to improve functionality and streamline the coding process. Lust will always impact probability of sexual interactions, while love will always impact other interactions (conversations, learning more about them, hanging out). The way I was trying to set it up before just wasn't working.
- To that end: NPCs should now properly interact with you based on their love/lust level.
- Also also: NPCs will now use up the quest items as you provide them.
